Not necessarily. The opening, wall, threshold, expected depth and product system must be reviewed together.
Can it also provide security?
Some systems combine flood resistance and security features, but product-specific claims must be verified.
Does it work automatically?
A permanent flood door is always in place, but latching, seals and maintenance still matter.
